with your purchase. If you are not happy we are

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You can return items if:
– Item is returned within 14 days of purchase
– Item is in original unused condition
– Original packaging is intact
– All accessories and manuals included
– You have proof of purchase (order number)

You CANNOT return items if:
– More than 14 days have passed
– Item has been used or damaged
– Original packaging is missing
– Item was on final sale

2. HOW TO RETURN

Step 2: Get Approval
– We will review your request within 24 hours
– We will send return instructions if approved
– Do not send items without approval

Step 3: Ship Item Back
– Pack item securely in original packaging
– Include all accessories and manuals
– Send to our address in Phnom Penh
– Keep tracking number for reference

Step 4: Receive Refund
– We inspect returned item within 2 business days
– Refund processed within 7 business days
– Refund sent to original payment method

4. SHIPPING COSTS

– Customer pays return shipping costs
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable
– We pay shipping for defective items

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive damaged or defective item:
– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
– Send photos of damaged item
– We will replace or refund immediately
– We cover all shipping costs

6. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive wrong item:

– Send photo of received item
– We will send correct item
– We cover all shipping costs

7. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges for:
– Wrong size or color
– Defective products
– Damaged items

Exchange process same as return process.
Additional charges may apply for price differences.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel order if:
– Order has not been shipped yet
– Contact us immediately after ordering

Once order is shipped:
– Cancellation not possible
– Must follow return process after delivery

9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

These items cannot be returned:
– Downloaded software
– Items marked as final sale
– Customized or personalized items
– Items without original packaging
